Hi ,
I was travelling from Indore to Mumbai via flight IC 134 on 31st July 2010. Since the staircase used to alight the flight was wet and so I slipped . I landed on my face that led to brusies all over and my nose started bleeding , the staff helped me up but could offer no medical assistance. I was not even offered ice to stop the bleeding .Luckily I'm a Mumbai resident . Imagine if I had to take a connecting flight - till the time I woudl reached my destination no one would have checked if there's a nose fracture or if I've broken some teeth!!
We claim to be world class but there's a lot to be desired . The best part is I have so much faith in the system taht I'm sure no one will look into this . We will never learn !
