I ordered a Nokia WH701 headset from chipkart.com on 07/09/2013.
company delivered me the product on 16/09/2013.
But the product is not that which i ordered.
Company tempered the original packing of product and put the nokia WH205 headset in it and delivered.
After opening the product i found the above said problems. I contacted to customer care no. of the company [protected] and as well as email also several times. but the company is not taking interest in the rederessal of complain. now the position is the are not picking my call and not replying my emails.
Chipkart.com is making stupit.
