I am a subscriber from Thrissur. My subscriber id is 70/354. I have problem in getting digital telecast since 16th january.I have been contacting your Thrissur office since then.Two weeks back one of your employees came and said he would change the set top box.But the one he brought was defective. He went back after promising he would bring another set in a few hours. but till date nobody has turned up.Whenever we contact over phone we get the same reply that they would immediately come but no action has been taken so far.
I would like to know when a suitable action would be taken.
If I cancel the subscription ,will I get the refund for the balance amount?
Hope a suitable and timely action would be taken
