I've been to this place last week. They have hired a third party vendor to manage their parking facilities. Those guyz use some sort o[censored]seless smart card facility to track the parking time for two wheelers. I & my friends went in two bikes. I've gave them Rs20 (Rs 10 per vehicle) and they gave me only one smart card, despite me telling them that we have two bikes. Then when we were coming out, I showed my smart card and told that it is for two bikes. Suddenly someone came and said we lost another card which we are supposed to have received in the entrance when we entered into the parking lot. I tried explaining them that we were not aware that were are supposed to get two cards and we have been given only one. They didn't listen and almost 10guys surrounded us asking us to pay Rs125 as fine for losing the card. It was around 1.00am in the morning. We argued with them for almost 1hr. We even asked them to check their cards. They are not ready to check. They keep on saying that we don't have money and we are trying to hide by saying that we didn't get the card. Finally we agreed to pay the fine if they are ready to check the card and let us know whether the card is there or not. For that also they weren't ready. Finally we decided to pay and move to consumer court for this. When I paid Rs125, they gave me just a form and said that is the receipt for paying the fine. I told them that form can't be receipt and they didn't even mention the amount in the form. Then they got a small receipt which they use for 4 wheeler parking and wrote something like "lost card" and gave that receipt. We went to manager and asked for a proper receipt. Looks like they don't even have a receipt for the lost card. That means they are collecting fine but now showing that anywhere in the records. It is equal to cheating the customers. I AM TELLING YOU GUYZ. THEIR TOTAL SYSTEM IS CRAP.THERE IS NO ESCAPE OTHER THAN PAYING MONEY EVEN IF THEY FORGET TO GIVE THE CARD. So, be careful about your smart cards when you go there...
