[Resolved]  CITI FINANCIALS — Removal of my name from the CIBIL Defaulters list

Dear Sir,

I took the loan from CITI Financials (Ref No.6673631) and cleared the payment by meeting the concerned in the Hyderabad Office in the month of December 2009. Please find the attached copies for your information. Still my name is appearing in the defaulter's list of CIBIL. I contacted your Hyderabad office, They told me to contact CIBIL by providing all the documents. I send a mail by attaching all the documents to do the needful. Please find the reply from CIBIL attached here fro your reference.

Again yesterday i contacted customer care to explain my problem. I was informed to send the necessary communication to your end to the needful. Please go through the attachements and do the needful at the earliest by giving necessary information to CIBIL in removing my name from the list.

The Company acts as a repository of both positive and negative credit information, historical and current on the existing and potential borrowers of the credit grantors.

CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same. We request you to ask your Bank to send us the updated data and we will upload the same onto our database. The changes will then get reflected on your Credit Report.
