I contacted citibank customer care service through e-mail at mailing address www.indiaservice @citi.com requesting their assistance in getting Form No.35 relating to my Maruti car. Citibank consumer care centre was very prompt in resolving my case. I got Form No 35 within a week of sending mail. You may also take similar action to get your Form.

I wish to further add that there is no need to deposit any amount for getting the Form from Citibank consumer care centre.It is free. I do not know why you have paid Rs.23000/- and to whom?Just send a mail to www.indiaservice @citi.com mentioning your loan no. and mailing address
