my complain is that ,there are around 6-7 dogs in our society. all are some how mad in nature. some of them had even bitten up around 4-5 people...........they create very panic ......its urgent sir ...plz........do something.....hope you will take care of it......and take on to this situation with proper action......... childrens are loving inside there home .....they are not coming out of there home.....
