City Bank — after collecting document rejecting the application

i got a call from city bank to deposit the documents for credit card and i have confirmed whether i will be eligible for that card or not,and at that time they have said yes you are totally eligible for this credit card and they have collected all documents from me.

after three days they have sent me a mail saying we are unable to process your card as you are not eligible for this card


what a fake company...??

if i was not eligible why you have collected my documents and wasted my time.
and i want to know the reason y my card is rejected


and plz i want my doccuments back
