Forged City Bank credit card no-[protected] in favor of some Mukesh Kumar

This refers to phone calls from following phone numbers:

2.[protected]
3.[protected]
4.[protected]
For some Rs 2 Lacs (Approx) being shown as due from me. The card no mentioned by the callers is [protected] issued to some Mukesh Kumar.
Undersigned has explained number of times to the callers as well as to City bank at Mohan
Co-operative, Delhi that I had never applied for City Bank Credit card and also I had never lived on address of some Palam Village, Delhi.
Kindly advise and invetgate the same.
