City Financial — Not Giving Receipt and Misuse of PAID amount by Agent
My Personal Loan A/c No.14807654.I have paid my Loan Out Standing As per City Financial offer letter as Rs.85,000 on 28/02/2011 and Rs.30,000 on 05/03/2011.
But I have recieved receipt of First payment 85,000 as Rs.38000 dt 28/02/20111 and Rs.47,000 dt
04/03/2011. and Rs.30,000 paid on 05/03/2011 still not recieved Official receipt.
I have paid all these payment Agent personal Name,because Iam working in my Africa, As per agent request and advise only i have paid all these amount, i have all email communication of receipt of money by him.
Lot of harrassment by this agent after i have paid Rs.85,000/ i have complained city financial officialy still
no reply recieved, I have reported the issue here Indian Embassy allready,
Same to be reporting ministry of overseas shortly,
City Financial agents are cheeting customers, please caution while paying through agents.

City Financial — Payment refund issue deducted after foreclosure
Against my personal loan a/c 15498996, I have foreclosed my outstanding on 21st Jan 2010. On the same day I had placed an request for refunding my pre-submitted cheques at my mailing address. But on 05/02/10, one cheque has been re-produced wroth Rs. 4725/-.While asking to your local Bhubaneswar office, they informed that no amount has been credited till date. Hence, it can't be refunded & have to wait till it credited on the loan account.
Now my question is why city financial is cheating with customer ??????
Even after 7 days of withdrawl how my money will not reflect on the account. Where as it has been shown from the United Bank that the same was deducted on 05/02/10 itself.
