My 2 cheques have bounced. The company people are not responding. We have no status of the reasons and about our invesments with the company.

I have 2 cheque is deposit or not

Take reason for bouncing cheque by bank in writing and proceed for civil suit, after serving him a notice of 15 days, cheque is a negotiable instrument and no bank can deny for payment, except non-sufficient fund in account (necesary for legal case )

I have invested in two scheme of city limouzines and I got post dated cheques and they are being cashed regularly since Oct 09 cheques are bounced. Through print and electronic media I came to know that the firm under audit and financial economic wing has raided and case is pending with the honorable Mumbai court.May I know the latest position of the situation.

i want my money back in any case

I have invested in this companyin 2009. Only 5 chqs got cleared. I was told that i'll be getting money on monthly basis for 5 years. I want my money.

We the Investors with Customer Ids U3574, 6716, 7584, 7585 & 1320 of City Limouzine Hyderabad, India. would like to bring to the notice of the general public the legal advisers of the Govt. of India & the Investors of City Limouzine that the City Limouzine office at Hyderabad had been closed after the fraud & all the furnitures have been moved without any ones knowledge & a new tenant have also occupied the rented building of City Limouzine.

Our Cheques are bounced since August 2009, we all are new investors.

Try to inform us through this site the ware abouts of this Company if you people come to know something about it.

My Receipt no. is 11324 & 19301. we have invested this much amount one lakh thirty one thousand one hunder ten rup. and we have received four cheques my fifth cheques was bounced we are here by bring to your notice that city limouzines in New Delhi has been closed after the fraud no information has been given to us.

City Limouzines — Cheque bounce

I have invested Rs. 400000/- in city limounzies.They given Post dated cheques but the cheque is not got cleared. I came to know the company is closed. so i raising the complaint

I have invested Rs. 2,50,847 in city limouzines in July, 2009 (File no. 37398/C). Against this the company given me 12 post dated cheques. In August month one cheque was encashed, but in September month cheque was bounced. I visited the City Limouzines Office placed at Nehru Place (South Delhi), it was locked & many investors also there. Please take the concern & resolve the issue, so that i can find my hard earned money back.

I have invested Rs 1, 30, 000 in city realcom, when i was staying in chennai. I am having all the papers with me, now i shifted to new delhi. I am having pdc cheques from the company. I belongs to a normal middle class family and i had invested the money by taking loan. I had applied from the chennai branch in March 2008. So kindly help me out in coming from my debts.
