[Resolved]  Clothing — Delivery to other person with fake signature

My brother has sent me a courier through TNT courier services but not to be received yet.So when i call their helpline regarding this packet they told me "the packet has been delivered to you on 18th at 16:55hrs and the some one person was received with my fake signature".Then i call to my brother he send me a receiving delivery receipt.I don't recognize the receiving signature.
Regarding this i also sent a mail to TNT courier services but not reply yet....
What should i do?
