[Resolved] Cloud Grapes — Want to register a complaint | |||
Hi, I had a very bad experience in working a US based startup company(Cloud Grapes Inc) who started their operation in Bangalore. Before joining the sent out the address of a bangalore based company from where they'll be operating from, at that time I even asked is the company registered in india, then one of their founder told me that another co-founder(CEO of the company) will coming to india and will share all the details with me. When the CEO came to India I asked about these details along with other details. He said he has outsourced all this work to Chartered Accountant named "Kallam Associates" who is based in Hyderbad. After few days I asked Kallam Associates what about the company registration, she said the company has been already registered in hyderabad about year back(in september 2009). I was completely shocked to hear this.I was the first person to start work in their bangalore office. Because of personal professional reason when i have decided to move to some other company. And when i informed them about my leaving they took all documents in soft copy format from me, blocked my company email a/c and even didn't give me my 1 month and 1 week salary. I did everything in a professional manner by telling them in advance my desire to move out. But the treatment what they gave to me it was very unethical and they did in a very unprofessional manner. After I informed them about my desire to move out suddenly overnight they changed their plan to shift their bangalore office location to hyderbad. I worked for 1 month and 1 week. They cheated me and didn't give me my salary. I want to register case against them. Please let me know what's the procedure. Their registered office in india as per their records: PAN No : AADCG5719N TAN No : HYDG09466C Registered Office address : 3-6-661, SAI SANDHYA APTS HIMAYATHNAGAR, HYDERABAD - 500029. ANDHRA PRADESH Initially they told me the are starting the operation in bangalore. When the CEO came to India, he started asking what about my plan to go hyderabad. I asked do you want to shift the office to hyderabad? He said no such plan in near future. He didn't have a clear vision what to start and where to start operation in india, that's what i could make out of his words. But today he cheated me in a big way by taking all the work related documents from me and by not giving my salary. I want to sue for his wrong doing. Also I'll make sure nobody falls into his trap by joining his company in india. Was this information helpful? | |||

To lodge a complaint, you need to establish a concluded contract. from your message it is giving an impression that the your employer and you had no clear understanding of the terms of service and your job profile. I feel that there is no consensus-ad-edum ie meeting of minds. Mere discussions will not result in a concluded contract. Even without any contract you will get a right to use your employer if you execute any work which resulted in monetary or non-monetary advantage to the company based on the principle o[censored]njust enrichment. To conclue I dont see any merits in the case...

you just worked a ONE month only and resigned? How can new start up company survive flippers like you? THsi means from day one you are looking around. What if that company informs your present company about how long you stayed, I dont think your present company will have great opinion about you.
you are actually giving bad impression about bangalore employees and indians too (assumig this is a multinational company). Did they fire you or you left? did they gave reason why they are holding payments?

They have clear goal what to achieve in technology field and how to give benefits its associates from technology to others benefits. By seeing this type of bad propaganda by some useless person, its give pain to me and it’s not the true sense of software professional.
When you feel you are working on great technology with great people from industry, it gives you pleasant feeling and you feel you are top of the world. It’s my personal experience to work with CloudGrapes Inc.

This guy is one of stupid & useless guy in the software industry and has no ethics be software professional. Man joins some political party from Lalu/Mulayam. Why you are crying like a child. It will be better for you to go street and beg for money.
