[Resolved]  Club 5 Holidays — Cheating by the company

Hai This is Akshara From Mumbai, Here iam sharing my Experience about Club 5 Holidays Mumbai . I had planned to go Manali for a honey moon, booked through Club 5 holidays and all payments were done. It was very existing and my flight was also booked and when i asked Mr Karan about the hotel booking vouncher he said iam forwarding you to your email, till date iam waiting for the details, i have send many emails but no reply. He also stop pickingup my calls, at last i booked directly through net online.agency
After enquiry and asking to refund the amount club 5 asks me who are you we have no such bookings in your name. I fed up i lost my money.

Club 5 is professional in cheating A big Fraud Company i have lost 12500/- rupees Be carefull.

well akshara is regret for the mis under standing she had about the company and i have fowarded sorr letter to them as it was not club5 holidays i took it as a mistake and had reviewd it i am senceirly to the managment off club5 holidays
i am putting on the cause off humanity and ethics

well this is Atul agarwar basicall i was frustated and had fowarded this as after whic i realised that its was hast desicison from my side as club five had really made my trip remarkable and pleasent and had no regrets after that karan had cooperated like any thin and done the neefull i shall positively say he is really an asset to the company such positive asset are difficult to get in service industry his no: is [protected]

I have been memeber of this club since more than five yrs and there is no problem
i faced in past. In the jan 2009 i had been to kerala and there was problem at the resort when we were checking out after 2 days stay, the hotel had not recrived paymemnt towards booking . But after contacting with mr mohsin he cleared the doubts and in the further stay i had not any problem . I know karan long time he is very cooperative and willing to help at any time. He is real asset to company . My exp is nice and co is reliable for further business.I have taken membership for 10 yrs before 5 yrs and i recommend same to my friends also.

There is no person as Karan... they use false names It is Located in a Shabby Place. There is just One guy...They are cheaters by birth... Their real name is Ismail or Junaid I don't remember clearly.

well what a childish cry and stupid thing to say after enjoying also at such destination at such eco frendily rates and than come on review site and complain like a child wel i am honourable member from past eight yeasr and feel i have really saved money travelling with club five holidays
it sahll be really grat experincing /travelling with club fivge small mistake by the hotel owners always but shall sayy bmot with club 5 holidays

ha what a lucky to be a member off club 5 holidays at get to gether i swa atul arakasha and all the people regreting with director off club5 hjolidays and were asking each and every person how to withdraw this complain which they have done in fustration and not perpoursly the regret on their face was seen clearly at the time off consuminf pastas and other dilicious meals i saw a body language off both off these and swa an embracing moments when arakasha was bitoing chicken leg omne lady realised here about a fals complain made by here and she genuinly felyt guilt about it and was cruis to ask how to remove this comlain written by mistake several times i saw atul and arakash doing the same athing and weherr embraced on the same i told them meet the director he is generous person when he can charity you two rooms on one membership than what diffrence it shall make him to forgive you on such false complain.

Hello viewers I hereby sharing my experience with this fraud company club 5 holidays, so that it help other travellers to be aware of such practises played by such companies. Please don't even think to book by club 5 holidays, Mr Karan the person who runs this company is a big fraud will not pick up the phone once the deal is confirmed, you will get stuck at the destination point with a clean answers from the hotel that we have no such bookings also we don't know such travel agent club 5 holidays. and when we try to call Mr Karan he will not pick up the call but also switch off the phone once he knew that we are trying to call him from other numbers. I lost my money his office address is fake cant able to claim no proper details except his phone number but that also he has changed. each and every customers got karan's different numbers were also tried but no use. Be aware of Club 5 holidays.
