Club Leisure — Made transaction without consent from Credit Card

Hi,
I got a call from Yatra.com and then they mentioned that i have free gifts as complimentary on the tickets i have purchased from Yatra and said i would be getting 2 free watches.
They i see Rs 5509.00 getting deducted from my credit card by CLUB LEISURE.

On what basis did they make this transaction without my authorization.

I want them to return my money to my credit card.

Club Leisure — fraud

I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling free of cost. I always deny for this offer. they call several times. The executive never mention the cost for the same. She connected the line (IVR) and told me to register credit card number as verification etc and I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my credit card. As now I do not want to continue with Club Leisure because they have cheated me by insisting to register the card. The executive talking in between while registering the card so I am unable to listen the conversation properly.
How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone(IVR) directly. The Club Leisure is not ready to cancel the transaction as well as money refund. They might have cheated so many card holders.

I agree with your complaint as myself is also victim of the same activity of Club Leisure. Club Leisure is actually a fraud organisation collecting money from people through credit cards, nothing morethan this.

Club Leisure — Voucher Pack

As per our telephonic discussion on dt.25.11.2010 with Vinay singh from club leisure for inviting to avail Tour & Tickets voucher pack including Dinner club Card, Mr, vinay committed lots of things in facility as charged by Rs.5509/- from my credit card but when i try to avail this facility totally missed up & on the same time i try to complain at their New Delhi office but they refuse to discuss on this more & confirm me no any compalin point here, I want to return back this voucher pack as already confirmed by Vinay during our telephonic discussion, But club leisure not ready to take return back.

Pls help to resolve the issue either they facilitate me as discussed or voucher pack take return back & refund my amount by Rs.5509/- If any other information required to process, Kindly confirm.

please be responsible, when you know so many people are poor and are not getting food to eat, you are complaining about club luxury cards. so what? why you want free things when you can make payment? what about those poor people who do not have food to eat or credit card to make payment?

Please help all people around you, we are all brothers, and sons on the same motherland.

Completely agree with you & many times i helps to more people But i want this issue should be resolved through consumer forum. These kinds of cheating group must to be banned & penalised.

I also in compliance with you people, but in my case I have taken that offer but to invein not a single discount I am getting from any where, Even when I book a honeymoon package from travelport they had not even given me a single paisa discount on that dispite the club leisure promothion voucher I have received from travelport. Its a complete fraud they are carring out.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CLUB LEISURE EXECUTIVE AND GIVEN A WRONG IMFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND MADE MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. AFTER THAT I WOULD TALK WITH MOST OF PEOPLE OF CLUB LEISURE EXECUTIVE ABOUT THAT AND CANCEL MY PRODUCT.

I AM CHEATED BY CLUB LEISURE AN AMMOUNT OF RS. 5509 DEBITED IN MY citi bank CARD ON DATE 16/12/2011 BUT STILL DATE I CANN'T RECEIVE FROM ANY THING FROM THEM ASLO I CANN'T GET CONTACT WITH HIM. The executive never mention the cost for the same. He spoke that it is free of cost. He connected the line and told me to register credit card number etc. After they have committed that they will deliver all above mentioned things in a 15 days time, I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my HDFC Bank credit card. But till now nothing has been delivered from the company's side.

How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone directly. Club Leisure has cheated me. Kindly look into it. How can I get my money back?
