In CMC Cjet, they give you the technical and practical training required to get a Good job in IT sector, and also they try to help you in getting good placements but internally in the Company where you have been placed they do not have a say, how can you blame CMC Ltd or the CMC Cjet course for it.
Again it all depends on one's caliber, expertise as well as knowledge, so we should not distract others by telling them it is a "Worse Slave Treating Company".

please be truthful to u only before registering complaint here, i am a CJET candidate and cmc is the worst place in whole world to be... please anyone dont join this cjet course by payning so much we paid 90k+9ktax how cheap this people are, after 6months of no use training where we used to teach the trainers we were made to work in customer support and after 9 months released ...
dchristine u have no right to talk about people caliber in which domain ur working i can prove u know nothin people with high caliber are wasting there money and time in that dirty place

With my experience i am saying, CMC CJET is a worst course, they tell that the training will be completed in 3 months it take 5 to 6 months and after that they will place in ITES(testing may be)but what they say in first is only in developing only. And also they never consider any one's caliber, they just assign a dummy project and will not assign any work and after completion of 9 months they just send out.
Finally what i want to say is CMCCJET is just a corporate scam playing with the life's of the unemployed people, and with their money. I wish no one will join this CMC CJET course.

Cjet is very worst part in my life which i had experience and loss of my 60000
CJET is not for Super Bright People. Bright People get selected in Campus. If you have joined CJET, utilize the 1 year time, gain knowledge and with the experience certificate in CMC (A tata Group company), switch to a different company as exp guy. If you show right talent, CMC may take you in - who wants to loose a right guy.
I know people who got selected to 'Big' companies after CJET and also guys who are still Job less after CJET. Attitude Matters.
I dont think CMC promises 10, 000 as salary after CJET. It depends on your talent. We are Professionals, not Labours, no one forces you to Join or stops you from leaving. If you are super bright, dont join. But if you are not too bright, Join in CJET, get an exposure to IT Processes, IT Work Culture, Look for other Good Jobs and Jump ;)
