Dear Sir,

I had send a Complaint letter regarding the non-supply of Cylinders to the local office of Indian
Oil corporation, Cochin to Mr. V. Babu - Area Manager on 22 October, 2009 (email is enclosed below).

Still I didn't get the Cylinder, eventhough they supplied in our area yesterday also.

I hope you will take neccessary action and supply the cylinder soon.

Dear Mr. Babu,

As per our telephonic conversation last Thursday you said you will take necessary action regarding this complaint within two days but still they have not take any action and not supplied the cylinder.



Today also they have supplied the cylinders in our area. When I enquired their office they say it will take again two weeks time.

Trying to contact you several times and I’am getting the answer you are not in the cabin.

I am a customer of your Gas Agencey : Coastal Gas Services, 61226 P & Q, Valappu, Malippuram P.O.. I had made my booking on 17 September, 2009 (37 days Now). Still, I have not received the Gas.

In previous month, they insturcted us that, One Cylinder holder can only do the booking, after 21 days from the date of Cylinder received. I followed their instruction (When I call after 9 days, they are taking the booking, so I made the booking on that day) . Now, They are saying they changed the rule that next day they are taking the booking.

When I enquired to their office, they are now saying, they will supply the Cylinder to me, after 2 weeks.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take an immediate action.
