Opp: BATA Show Room, Lakdi-ka-pool, Hyderabad..They take Simple 30K and give the offer letter .they will near provide proper training and Will kick from the Company and they don't have the projects and Proper Trainer also.they wiill that they 3 Branch in Hyderabad.They will attract for Student for certain Time.i[censored] get any call from

SRM Techsol Pvt Ltd Lucknow is not a good company.

1: Firing of employee on weekly basis.
2: giving less salary.
3: lots of terms and conditions after joinning the company.
4: they never gives increment.
5: its BAniaya company only.
6: Govern by two BANIYAS

I don't agree with the above comments as I am working for the company for 2.5 yrs. The comments are DEFINITELY from someone who GOT FIRED. Here are comments on the above -

1: Firing of employee on weekly basis - The only firings that have been done in the company are for people who should not be working there any ways. They are people who do not even understand the requirements.
2: giving less salary - I have worked with two companies in the past and have had issues with the salary not being payed or delayed. At STPL i have never heard of this or happened in front of me. SO TOTALLY Wrong.
3: lots of terms and conditions after joinning the company. THis is true for all the companies.
4: they never gives increment - Ha ha. Looks like this is coming from a person who is FIRED from there.
5: its BAniaya company only. True, but why dont you and I start a new Pandit company if we can.
6: Govern by two BANIYAS - True, but why dont you and I start a new Pandit company if we can.

I donot think so that cogentsoftware is a fake company. There is a training and delvelopment department who conducts corporate training and batch-wise internship training. I also got trained in pune branch not in bangalore branch.The employee of the company are very friendly and help ful. As it is a growing company so comparatively better than fake companies and institutions. More number of student became trainee in softwarecompanies after getting systematically trained from cogent software pvt ltd. I am in Wipro bangalore now. See nothing is impossible in this world. work hard and get proper training with training experience as a trainee in a growing or small scale company makes the carrier growth because infosys or ibm will not trained you the "pvt. ltd."companies which provides training means small scale companies which is tied-up with Infosys, IBM or Microsoft company will train you.

YES COGENTSOFTWAREWE PVT. LTD IS A GOOD COMPANY AS MY NEPHEW TOOK TRAINING AND GOT JOB IN KOLKATA TCS. I REALLY THANKS TO COGENTSOFTWARE EMPLOYEE WHO TRAINED HIM TO GET JOB.

Cogent software is a good training Institute. This is the reply i am giving for the first comment. "Dude i[censored] wanna job then you must study well". there are lots of people who got the job through cogent software even me too, so i am totaly dis agree ur comment. Prepare well and give ur best rather than blaming somebody.

Cogent software is fake company.I know this company when it was just one room in domlur without the company name or anything .that time they were asking for money for the placement and they established in btm layout.I am also the victim of same thing and the people they are supporting it are from the company only.They are simply lying i did from pune or kolkata.They do not have any branch outside bangalore...big Fraud...please do not get trapped...

I really dont know how bad the cogent softwares is. As far as I know, I got job only after getting trained in that institute for php. Even I joined in the same institute which was once opened in domlur, near honda 2 wheeler service center, opp. domlur busstand, later they moved to bigger place which is in btm near udupi gardens restaurant. I did my php course there and updated my profile and posted it in naukri thats it.. I got interview calls, attended them, cleared them, and i am working now . Its upto you, how well you grasp the subject and how you perform in the interviews, As far as my knowledge, no training institute offers you 100% placement, they jst claim they will give you placement assistance. So you cannot blame any training institute for placements, its upto you how u prepare for the interviews, how well u perform in the interviews and your communication. this is what matters to get selected in any company. For me, Cogent Softwares is a good institute where u get trained for your skill, nd getting job is upto you.
