Dear Sir,
I brought a pet bottle of a Cold Drink, Thums Up, last week from a local general Store in Rudrapur, Uttaranchal and took to my room and drunk the half bottle.
After Some time, I found some problem in the taste. Then I saw the, Manufacturing date on the bottle.
The Manufacturing date was[protected] and the expiry period on the bottle is 2.5 Months.
Then I went to the shop keeper to return the bottle, but he refuse to take back the bottle and told me that This is my fault that I should see the Manucaturing date on the bottle. He also said we are selling so many bottles, we Cant see manufacturing date on each bottle.
At the same day, I send mail to the cocacola helpline, and also lodge complaint on help line number.
But Till now I have not received any response from their side.
If you can hepl me regarding the same matter, then please do the needful .

I am working as a project manager in Hyderabad.I used to go for a lunch near a small dhaba type chawl in HI Tech city located just oppsite side of the MOTOROLA building.When i asked the peason for a thums up, he gave a bottle of Thums UP with out any sticker on it.Only the embossing was done in the bottle.I doubt, that bottle was a duplicate one.
Please llok into this matter because in this area so many software companies are here.It is really a shameful thing for us.
