Colors — Inappropriate Behavior

This is regarding Colors television and the show big boss being aired on it. This is with reference to yesterdays episode i.e. episode dated 19th Nov 2012. I and my family watches big boss..we enjoy the show as it really shows human behavior in various situations. We were shocked to see yesterdays episode where a character called Imam became hysteric, it was traumatic and rather had a negative impact on me and my family. Its ok if characters get wild and angry at times but the portrayal of this character was completely inappropriate for the viewers as well as for the participants of the show. The other participants like Aashika became very scared and it was not at all pleasing to see a young girl getting traumatized due to hysteria of this character. Yes big boss production team is taking action but showing all this on national television is completely not accepted. Colors is one of my favorite channels but i am amazed that shows that are not live and are recorded still could not edit and delete this portion rather showed it. I have seen London's big brother also, there are various similarities as the concept has been derived from that show, but this kind of hysteria was not witnessed, and more over this is India, an emotional country and all this should just not be shown.

I am sad that in the name of entertainment we are are selling, showing rather promoting such disgraceful acts.

I would sincerely request the respected authorities to look into this matter and ensure that such acts are not shown on television again.
