[Resolved]  Comantra E - Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — refuse to pay basic salary

comantra E-solutions pvt. ltd.where m working since the past 70 days i have got a salary for only 15 days its a tech support company.according to there offer letter my basic salary is Rs.3500/-.attendance allowance rs.750,transport allowance Rs.30/day,food allowance Rs.15/day and extra incentive on performance there is no clause to cut the basic salary, now as i am completing 2 months there, they are reluctant to pay my basic salary which is Rs.3,500.plus incentive, now salary of around 50 days is pending at their end please help me to get my salary from the company.

you are lucky enough.
i agree with kirti...they are just ruthless...i worked for 4 months...the last month they didnt gave me my salary and my last month incentives as well...my basic was 3500 and my previous incentives was 4000...they didnt gave me a single penny and terminated me without ny reason...more over the company is a big scam and is cheating the people of canada, uk and newzealand...plz take legal action against the company and plz help me to get my salary...

I found this organization very good i am working with this organization and they pay the salary right on time...the best part of the company is the hr policy...

if mr player if you really had issues with this company that why did you worked with the company for so longer time. stop taking out the personal rage in this way.

You don't have nay any authority to blame Company CoMantra e Solution, You got what you did..blame your self and think what wrong you did...i'm been working with this company since almost 3 years, got my (and other employee) salary on time every month..and even found who ever left the job.HR team of CoMantra calls them and pay them there dues...I don't know how this unfair happen to you..may be you have done some big wrong. CoMantra is a wonder place to work with..authorities are like family... Don't blame someone if you are wrong with your self ..

You better stop commenting without knowing anything unless your get paid for it or you have any personal intention with this company.I have just explained what they have done with me.May be they are good with you but it is not necessary that they would be good with others too.Their payment policy is really worst.They dont even know you if they are not going to pay you.
The worst company I have ever worked with.They don't pay most of the time the basic salary even.There are no working environment and the trainer named Ankur plays dirty politics with new joiners and the HR Saurav speaks very nicely and at the time of paying shows his red eye.Ridiculious..
