I bought a compaq presario cq42-273tu laptop on 22nd of october 2010...
I registered online with the redemption cell and i have sent all the required scanned documents to "[protected]@solutions-intg.com" as given in the redemption cell BEFORE THE DUE DATE ITSELF..
It is more than a month i bought this laptop and still i dint get titan gift voucher worth Rs.2000 as told by the HP redemtion when i registered as diwali offer..
Is this GAME jus played with a loyal customer or what...
TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.

Compaq laptop — Redemption gift not received
Despite reminders I have no information about the redemtion gift status as promised at the time of purchase. I ahve sent the DD in the name of SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES (P) LTD but have recieved nothing as promised.
