[Resolved]  Competent automobiles,Connaught Place ,Delhi — Mentioned my Name wrong on the RC & Insurance Papers of the Vehicle

I had purchsed ZEN ESTILO VXI (DL 2C AK 7577) on 19.09.09 from Competent Motors ,F-14 Cannaught Place ,N.Delhi-01, on Cash(Demand Draft) , As I am a senior Citizen(72 Yrs) & have a weak eye sight I didn't noticed the papers(Gate Pass & Insurance cover note, RC is not given to me yet)) I took the delievery and noticed that my name is mentioned absolutely wrong in the gate pass, when I contacted the executive she said that it is my mistake, I coudn;t understand that the documents(Voter I Card & PAN card) submitted by me & in the order booking form my name is correct then why this fault has occurred . I haad tried to file complaints through mails but all in vain. This is a blunder mistake & I am not in the state to rectify this mistake as I neither have the RC , and insurance company is not ready to deal with me. Please Help
