Sir,

The route no 378 which is running at Bangalore between Kengeri & Electronic city via Konanakunte cross is really an good route & also good collection for BMTC, however the problem is this buses does not come in time. For example morning time when we want to go to bannerghatta road from Konanakunte cross at about 8.30 to 9.00 am between, bus does not come however it will come in the opposite direction with totally empty conditions means no passengers. But at the same time lot of passengers will be waiting at all stops from Vasanthapura to till Gottigere. This is how these buses are operated, however buses are good but drivers are not really co-operative. Morning 8.30 to 9.30 3 buses in the gap of 15 to 20 minutes but out of three two will not come everyday, one will come it will be very rush, particularly ladies & children cannot get into bus at all. No one cares for this problmes. Please take some action by the BMTC and help the people towards buses are coming on in-time @ in-place. Regards

378 has been amajor disaster from electronics city back to kengeri. i board the bus near infosys gate to reach jumnbo savari dinne in the evenings. it is a speculation every day we need to do between 5.10 - 7.00 pm.. if we are lucky we will get the bus... and being ladies some time we cannot board as it is over crowded...

please provide a direct bus from gottigere to Electronic city, without the hassle of btm, silkboard junction. if available plz do let me know the timings and bus no.

please re-operate route no. 323K chikkathirupathi to KBS (majestic), 328G Halasahalli to KR Market, 327D Gunjur to KBS & 330PG Gunjur to Shivajinagar its more needful for Varthur area people.

please revise the shamed route nos for sarjapura road from 342AA, 342FA, 342MA, 342WA, 328HA, 328HB, these are the confused nos for ex: 342A is KRM to Sarjapura, 342AA is KRM to TC halli itis not fully in 342A. dont issue double digit alphabetic route nos. Issue 390-397 for 342 series & 399 for 328H series.
and 399(E.city to Hosakote) has not linked with 399C(Anekal to Chikka thirupathi) & 399E (Jigani APC to chikkathirupathi) . Please change the shame.

Please revise the bus stop names displayed inside the bus no 378 series, it is a shame on BMTC officials who entered the stop names initially in to the display.


It displays like for GATE - GETE, THOGUR - THOGURA, CONCARDE - KANAKARDA, CK PALYA - SEKEPALYA, KOLIFORM - KOLIPARMA
etc.


Please correct the same before some other state peoples laugh on BMTC officials English and if don't know request to ask the route conductor before doing the same.

Hi,
The 378 bus route is good but the thing is the bus wont come at on time. We need to wait more than 30 mins and it will be very crowded. Later, 2 or 3 buses will come at a time and do competition with each other. The public are getting suffered... :(

One of the bus conductor of 378 is behaving badly with Girls, Please take a necessary guidelines to clear these problems.

One of 378 bus conductor is verryy bad, he is rude, shouts, and even pushes girls and asks them to go out even if we paid for the ticket till another 2 stops.
He seems to be drunk and not dressed properly. Please authority take some action on this conductor.. or atleast teach them how to behave.
