Illegal construction Of extended balconies in front and back side of house is taking place in A-8/ 31 Sector-15 of Mr Suri. Mcd officials had demolished the front balconies some times back, but now again the construction is in full swing. all the structure and map of the house is illegal. They have also blocked the main nali (drain) passing through the lane with debris which is causing great problems in the neighbourhood. Rain water stands in front of the houses of neighbours causing mosquitoes to breed and spreading the danger of Dangue, Malaria. On top of all this MCD officials are penalising people where there is standing water in front of their houses. Neighbours have requested them hundreds of times to get removed the debris from nalis and get them clear, but they turn a deaf ear to their requests. A-8/31 Sector-15, Rohini — Illegal construction
Sirthers an illegal construction taking place in A-8/31 Sector -15, Rohini, house of Mr. & Mrs. Vandana Suri.They are constructing illegal balconies exceeding much limits of their house.These balconies of all the floors in front and back side of their house have been earlier demolished by mcd people around 2 months back. Now they ve again started constructing those balconies.
According to law if a construction is illegal once and have been demolished also once, how could one start reconstructing again. We hope that no compromising settlement could have taken place with the department here. Please take an action against the same.
