[Resolved]  Complaint against a Auto driver — Misbehaviour by an Auto Driver

On the wee hours of March 8, 2009 we hired a Auto from Kurla Station to Goregaon (E) at around 6.30 a.m. We requested the Auto driver to take the auto through Ghatkopar - Marol - Sakinaka - Aarey and then to Goregaon (East). The Auto driver was arrogant and reluctant to take through that route. The auto driver stopped the auto at an isolated place and asked to get down from the auto. We had luggage and my mom who is 80+ years was also travelling with us. We decided not to get down and another auto driver who was passing by stopped and adviced him privately in his ears. The auto driver then took us through the same route we had requested earlier. But we would like to put on record the mental agony that we have undergone. The Auto driver should not be spared for such act of his. The rickshaw number was MH-03-M-6764.

It not too late to file a complain to transport authorities, please draft a letter and mail it to any of the regional transport authorities along with the following details:
Point of pick up & Time of boarding
Proof of travel from pickup point (train tkt)
Destination
Auto rickshaw number.
Amount of fare.

Auto drivers like these should be taught a lesson so that they do not harass others.
For any complaints about Refusal, Excess Fare, Rude behavior against driver, contact/write to the Regional Transport Office (East)- Worli, Wadala, or R.T.O. Mumbai (West) at Andheri in writing giving date, time and place of offense, nature of complaint and vehicle number.

I would like to file a complaint against rude auto driver(s)
I travel through auto to Sakinaka daily in the evening at around 6.30 to 7.00 PM
There is a queue for Auto on the opposite of my building. There are around 8 to 10 rickshaws waiting but 85% of them deny for the route.I didnt raise my voice for few days but now it has become very annoying.
yesterday I asked two of them who were in frist and second in the queue respectively they both denied...then I walked up to the third person and he asked me to go to the first person again...I told him he is not coming here he with a rude tone shaked his head and didnt say anything.I asked him again then he didnt respond..hence i shouted saying why do they stand if they want to deny the customers...he rudely came out of the rickshaw as if he is going to beat me up and said if the other rickshaw drivers are not ready to come why I am I asking him and shouting and he kept arguing and shouting and then another driver came and started supported him and they were very rude. I also pretended to call police but to no avail. I dont know whom to complaint.I wasted 15 mins there and was again late to work.Please help...I have one of their numbers who was very rude and told me nahi jaana hai joh karna hai karle...jo likhna hai likh le.They all seemed to be united..His auto no is MH03Q492

I would like to fire a complaint against a Mini Bus Driver. The bus is hired by some company. Driver was driving the bus very fast and without any traffic he was giving horn very loudly. The road was plane there was no traffic on the road but still he was giving horn unnecessarly. At a sharp turn he stopped his vechicle without giving indicator prior to take the turn and he did this three times. When we stopped him and asking him why he is stopping suddenly and giving horn unneccesasrly then he shouted on us, he misbehaved with us. And the height was, after picking somebody from the source he drove his vechicle so fast to take revenge from us and overtake us very badly we could have fall down that time and others too.
The Bus Number is MH12EQ7652.

Please let me know ASAP wht action is going to be happen against that Driver. Or should I complain somewhere else.
Auto driver was asking more than usual fair in an appropriate behaviour and using abusing language when I was with my wife and daughter. I have captured his auto number. Pls help so that it is not repeated with other passengers. TS 15 UC 1043
