Complaint against BMC services — Deprived of Water Supply

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that we the residents of Lloyd's Estate Custom Quarters, Wadala (E) have been deprived of continuous water supply since more than a month now.

BMC authorities say that the pipeline is broken and it would take time to get it repaired, but this only is an excuse to get away with their laziness and incapability to shoulder their responsibility of providing us basic necessity of clean municipal water.

Please look into this mater and resolve it as early as you can.
