This is regarding open space opposite jyoti complex,near santosh nagar at film city road goregaon east,where to the best of my knowledge jyoti builder had to develop a garden as instructed by authorities,but after 10 years of delay it has been encroached and a car wash centre has been constructed and seems like a building will be constructed soon ....i have no access to the documents and would like the respected authorities to check the same and relieve the land if wrongly occupied.thanks

Property Encroachment — Property Encroachment

Hi,

This is regarding a property which we had purchased about an year ago. The property is basically a Waqf board property and hence the property is on lease hold basis.

As it is a Waqf board property, while purchasing papers were made from 'Patwari' and the seller had also given some receipts. However the papers were not registered with Wakf board for the lease payment which was a miss from our side.

Now a person has encroached upon the complete land by conspiring with 'Patwari' and making duplicate papers of the property. The person has also registered the papers for paying lease to the Wakf board. He has placed some 9-10 goons (gundas) on the property. We also tried to contact police but it seems that they are also conspiring with them.

This is a kind of open banditry. Please let us know what is the possible way out as we are very much worried.

Encroachment in the common way

I am residing at 9/15, Pycrofts 1st street, Royapettah, Chennai-14 (near to melody theatre), in my home one of the house owner name called P Murugesan (No.13, Pycrofts 1st street, royapettah, Chennai-14) constructing a big pilliar at the top of the common way and his building also extended construction till common way and around 15 families are living in that same compound. the pillar and building It might fall down at any time and it is disturbances other house owners also. Without asking the other house owners concern he constructed and in the common way wall he is embossed his name in the top of the entrance of the door as P M, that also not asked with the other house owners. He creating problem in the common way always.

Issue Statement:
1)Encroachment in the common way - building construction extended till common way.
2)Constructing a big pillar at the top of the common way.
3)The pillar and building It might fall down at any time.
4)Disturbances other house owners.
5)Name embossed in the common way by Murugesan.

Please take the necessary action.

HI SIR,

I am living in Yamuna Vihar, B-3 Block, Delhi-110053.
Here near bhim dary.B-3/185, I lady encroach land of the parking and open a shop of 'Gada' or 'Mitti ke gade ect.', many people complain against her in MCD and she always give BRIBE to them, and they left after getting money.Regularly she encroach more land and starting cementing it.

It is a packing place or road.But MCD employees are corrupt and take bribes.

Please do the neefull.

I am regular user of a road in maya puri phase-2 with factory no 62,63 near the punjab and sind bank.

The road is being enclosed by the factory owner for his own, without any permission from DDA.

He and his sons create various problems to us. He acts like a 'DADA' of this colony and no one takes action on regard of this because he give them space of his JHOPDI for the drink. Sir please do something for us it is very difficult to survive here because his sons are very hooligan ( Gunda). As a girl it is very difficult to live here...

This is regarding the Illegal encroachment at J-Block, Dilshad Colony. At the time o[censored]PA Government if here are 10 streets than 8 streets illegal encroachments have been removed but two streets from J-11 to J - 45, Dilshad Colony encroachments still there due to political connections. Now its extremes and in competitions of others, everybody tried to occupy maximum area on the road.

There is illegal construction going in Dharavi transistcamp Mumbai. As per Municiapal corporation act, chawl type house cannot construct morethan 14 Feet. this house is construction is going on more 35 Feet even they encroached road side space is occupied for their illegally constructed shop at that place.
