street problem — iron cutter running on main road

Dear sir
myself resident of F block Shaheen bagh (abul fazal Part:II) would like to complaint against the welding shop just behind of Shaheen public school. tenant of this welding shop has installed iron cutter machine on main road infront of houses which is untolerable to the residents of this street. This rubbish machine runs throughout the day even in late night also. This causes disturbance for patients, old people and students.
Another serious thing is that the small particles of iron makes envoirenment polluted and hazy. This may lead to severe diseases and bad health.
It is requested to close this work soon especially iron cutting should be banned immediately

lot of noise opposite my house — Disturbance due to new factory

Dear Sir,
i am a resident of 3188/A gali no. 4 s.g.m nagar.There is a new factory opened in fornt of my house,at 3189/a gali no. 4 s.g.m nagar.Its a welding factory and creates a lot of noise due to which we are not able to do anything in our house.I stay with my old grandmother and she is not keeping well beacuse of this noise.Kindly do something...

plastic sheets — air pollution in our residential area

Respected sir,
I divya mathur 15 years old girl from rama vihar B2/17 delhi-110081 would like to draw your attention of the concerned authorities towards the increasing air pollution in our society due to the chemical industries which is setup in our residential area which is not allowed .The pollution is increasing day by day which causes many problems .The people are not able to breath properly and they are getting a big problem in surviving .They make plastic sheets and lot of chemical is produced,the people of the factory throw the waste outsideand if we try to say them anything the try to beat us and use abusing language.they are very powerful thats why we have not complaint against them till yet .the students and old people are suffering a lot .smoke coming out of the factory is main reason of environment pollution It sufforcates life.many people are also suffering from diseases like tB ,asthma ,headache because of the industry.the small children of the society and are not able to play anything.they feel sufforcation and the people have stopped going for walk .
i hope you would either shift the industries from this residential area or either stop thisvery soon.
i would be very very thankful to you

Shabby — Noise works done at residential area

Hi,

My complaint is against Room no - 80 Plot no - 1 Bharat nagar bandra east mumbai- 51.this guy running a printing works at his home and when he starting working big noise produce so that we cannot concentrate on our study and even he donot have any licence to carry his printing work in residential area.

Please do the needful.

as i want to tell about the illegal unauthorized factories in the residential area PEERAGHARI NEW DELHI opp. udyog nagar Ind's. area outer ring road.
yesterday we went there and seen the many unauthorized factories in the residential buildings and each n every factory not even have any registration no.[sales tax no.(income tax, excise duty)] and in the small and congested roads with only one opening in the starting and working in those factories may injurious to life of each n every person or to the persons working inside the closed ends of the roads if any hazardous thing occurred so no one can escape from the area and any thing can happen over that...

every landlord says that no one can come here for checking as they bribes the officer of each and every department and due to this the rent of a 100yard room is Rs10000 only.As an ordinary man i want to suggest the govt. to save the residence of the many people living in that areas...

In the locality we are also having a govt. school which consist of lots of pollution whether it is noise pollution or air pollution its effected with the both so kindly please look after it so that children can study and live in the comfortable and breathable environment...

there are many factories running in residential areas like tri nagar. which were supposed to be sealed in year 2005 under the act and statement of supreme court but no action is taken by these authorities.. insteed of this number of factories fron 2005 to 2012 is increased to 300 percent and still no action is proceeded till today..the residential dialy problem is raised to the top. pollution is also increased to the peak. these industries were relocated to the city side like narela, bawana, bhorgarh about 24000 factories were alloted to them but nothing progression seem.

People are sick of this factory as the workers in this factory work till 9 to 10 night from 8 AM and some time the whole night. As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. Working their hand machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories is very rude and misses conducting. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio, TV and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around cannot expect moments of piece. So we the people cannot tolerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more. All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on that place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell. sir please take some action against this soon

Im resident of G-96 Raja Puri Street No 14 Uttam Nagar new delhi, I would like to complaint against an illegal factory running adjacent neighbour of my place house of me Uttam nagar.These people have something to do with cloth and bag cutting machine work which creates a lot of noise despite of repeated request there are still running their factory at the same place so would like to bring this to the notice.
As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. Working their hand machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories is very rude and misses conducting. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio, TV and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around cannot expect moments of piece. So we the people cannot tolerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

I am a resident of Village DAD Pakhowal Road, there is a Medicine Factory in mid of the residential area it creates lots and lots of Pollution, all the day smoke is there and it feels like Opium smoke we talked to the owner lots and lots of time but because of some political links he is not at all worried of all the complaints.
please do some thing against this factory to be shifted out side the residential area.
Whole area is affected from this smoke.

We are residents of Chajjupur, near Chajju Gate. There are many factories running near by area, after MCD NOTICE they are running factories. They locked down the main gate and enter and running factories by back entrance, some of them running their factories in night after 8-9 PM.
Its the big problem for all o[censored]s bcoz noise volume incraeses in night, they also play songs in high volume. The factory owners not taking any action after many complaints so we request to MCD that they take action against these factories. These factories are running in opposite side of CHAJJU GATE PARKING, BABARPUR, DELHI-32

I m a resident of Roybazar, post & distt. Hooghly, West Bengal, PIN-712103 would like to complaint against an illegal factory running in our locality named "new saha poly printers" prop. Tapas Saha .These people have something to do with plastic sheets which are below 40 micron work which creates a lot of noise despite of repeated request there are still running their factory at the same place so would like to bring this to the notice . The industry and its labors creates a heavy noise 24 hours and noisy illegal vehicle also entered in a thin "goli".
As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. The child, old age man, students are disturbed here for Working their machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. not only that, where this factory is situated now, before 2004 there was a big pond, they illegally constructed that factory on that water land.
please do some thing against this factory to be shifted out side the residential area.
