Complaint on Contractor — Took money and did not complete the work of my VIlla

Hi Friend

Would like to share a new with all the friend online , I had give a work to one of the contractor to build my dream house of 1200 square feet and rate he put was 1400 and after a year it did not completed even 40 % work and we did pay him 9 lakhs as per the work details he had shown to me at site.

After a year he came up saying that he is not intrested in doing he work any more. I already had a loss of 3 lakh after caculate the total work area contractor was having the access money with him, We stop his working and send him off .
We closed him deal with a cheque of 50000 Rs which will be payable on 27 Feb 2012 , We asked him to sign the aggrement saying that he has taken the cheque and will not enter the site . now , when he went he did not see the date on the cheque what we have put on it.

now is creating the problem and saying he will not allow any one to work till his cheque is clear . He is trying to be very smart.

the details of the Contractor is given below and would request no one to give him any kind of work , becasue he is doing the same with all the person.
