I fully agree with the complainant, Sunil Kutwal and his CEO Manjusha Khisti are both big frauds.

Runs his office from a ramshakled building (i have been there).
Whenever you go to his office his CEO (who is suppose to have her centre in Ahmednagar) is always there to welcome you with a BIG SMILE.
The agreements that Sunil Kutwal makes are all to his advantage, his QC reports are all fake, done by his CEO.
Even I have been cheated by this fraud Sunil Kutwal and his CEO.
They do not have any genuine processes or projects, all the projects and processes they are providing are already used, (in local language gassoed and pitaoed). They give the same data to different centre's and then his CEO makes a copy of her QC report and sends the same to the centres saying "QC FAILED" hence no payments.
When i had taken a from filling project, i had personally gone to Sunil Kutwal's office in PHALTAN, which is off the Pune Bangalore highway about 1.5 hrs drive from Satara. I was given instructions the data needs to be filled in as it appears on the pdf format, i clarified about email addresses, I was clearly told by the CEO "type what you see, no changes", the email addresses were in capitals. Did a demo and sent for verification, was verified, everthing was okay. I got my first data job from them, i completed the same within 5days as requested by Sunil Kutwal and his CEO and sent the same by email, called the CEO and confirmed that she received the file, was told yes by the CEO, but she inform that she would check the same by the weekend as she had some family problems, mind you all (when i met her the first time she informed that she does not have a family).
Thats when all the trouble started.
also afterwards i learnt that the CEO's centre in Kolhapur was ransacked and destroyed.
Its been over a year now, i still have not received a single penny from them.

Don't trust on fake postings at consumer forum
1. We are running Genuine process.
2. We make a legal agreement with our center in front of notary on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
3. The process we are running is genuine.
4. The data we are providing to our centers is a fresh data. Only QC rejected data will be provided to other centers repeatedly because we should have to complete and provide QC rejected data with accuracy to our mother company. We are clearly mentioned all things, rules and regulations about repeated data to our centers.
5. If any center couldn't make accuracy level as mentioned in our legal agreement then the same data we should have to complete as per accuracy norms. by other centers. for more information you can check "Contract Rules" made by our Indian government. If any agency couldn't maintain quality or accuracy in his work provided by any mother company then the mother company have right to terminate the contractor's agreement and give the same work to another agency or contractor.
6.The allegation made by rkverma and others are fully wrong and because of their failure to maintain and complete the work with accuracy level set by company.
7.Now regarding about my Registered office at Phaltan. Dist : Satara. Maharashtra. It is there from last 10 years and working good.
8.Our back office Contract for handling clients, making contracts on behalf of Computech and Mauryamagic and taking phone calls has given to Manjusha Khisti. since from last 3 to 4 years.
9.My cell no. [protected] and my back office nos [protected], [protected] are always on in office working time.
10.We are providing all Back support, Training regarding about process to our centers regularly.
11. We are making legal Agreement and mentioning all things, terms and conditions very clearly to our centers.
12. If any centers like rkverma and others were failed to maintain accuracy level and got termination is not our mistake. To maintain accuracy level set by mother company is center's responsibility.
13. We have all earning proofs made to centers who maintained accuracy and complete the work.

We have given work more than 2 times but every time they failed to maintain accuracy level set by company.
We have detailed record of :-
1. Work provided through email.
2. Date of submission by prafu86 and his team.
3. Detailed Quality control Report of work that is below 80%.
4. legal agreement copy with all terms and conditions and termination criteria.
5. As per our agreement we have provided work so many times but these guys couldn't maintain minimum accuracy level.
6. As per our termination claws mentioned in legal agreement and signed by both parties in front of notary, we have terminated this center and not charged any penalty.
7. They have done wrong work and made our economical loss so we are going through legal process against them as early as possible.
Now about Manjusha Khisti, her center is earning regular income from “Computech & Mauryamagic” for doing Quality work. Anybody can see earning proofs of her center.
