[Resolved]  Computer Access pvt Ltd — PF amount not received

I have worked in Computer Access Pvt Ltd for more than 2years as State-In-Charge (Rajasthan). I was left this company i August-07 but till date I have not received the PF amount.
Already I have submitted the PF withdrawl form before 4 month but company has not acknowledge any receipt.

Please help me to get my PF amount.
