i subscribed for two of conde nast's magazines GQ and Conde nast traveller through the internet in the month of november. The transaction id & subscription id for which are: Transaction ID: [protected] & Subscription ID: 2000937 / Transaction ID: [protected]Subscription ID: 2000936. i was supposed to receive the Gq from the month of january and the cnt from the month of february for a period of 2 years. i had paid Rs.1440 for GQ and Rs.840 for Cnt. despite my calling at your office several times from the month of january till date no response to me has been provided.
i also was supposed to receive gifts for subscribing to the magazines which i haven't till date
i did not recieve any magazine in the month of january whereas in the month of february i recieved two copies of conde nast travellers and one copy for the month of january of vogue. After having a word at your office on 5th february,2011 and several times after that it was confirmed to me that a copy of GQ from the month of january till date each would be dispatched immediately, which i have not recieved till date. and have not received any gq magazines so far.
