[Resolved]  Cookwell Instagrind Flour Mill — Poor quality and no servicing

I purchased a Cookwell ,Flour mill on 18th of November from ATS Agencies Ernakulam. At that day a person named Thomas came to my home and introduce its working. On the next day, its coupling was burned out. I call to there customer care number, office number and the same person Thomas also. When I call them they said , will call me back after 10 mins, but still now also, I got any calls from there side. I call them several time. They said there is no spare in there hand or some other excuses. So I am going to take some legal steps to get my money back. This is to just inform your authority about the problem. I am sorry to say this, I will made a big advertisement about the problem and services of your product. Because I suffer a lot from these days, nobody came yet to provide service to us.
