Courier Company — asking money
a person named s lalal is asking for 25 thousand rupee for delievery of a prize of 750000 pounds.he is calling me to transfer the money in his sbi account : [protected] wid name S lalal.i fortunately got information abt this fraud from othere person.so i m safe now. why this forum or government is not tracing dis account no. and these frauds. is forum is only for fun.why dont they close cease this account..our india is lagging dats why..
Courier Company — Unwanted Seeking of Information
Sir,It is a practice that most of the courier companies ask for my home/mobile phone numbers when they deliver the letter/parcel. There are many sub-couriers, who may be employing boys without proper verifications. It is dangerous to give them the phone numbers, for the fear of misuse of them.
If the sender wants to deliver the letter/parcel, he is writing the exact detail of the address, with landmark, if any. It is the duty of the courier company to deliver it, seek identification of the person accepting the parcel if required, and deliver the parcel. Why should I give my phone numbers?
The standard answer given is that they need to contact us in case of delivery complaints. For this, it is essential that they verify the identity and vouch for the signature of the receiver and submit the explanation to the sender/receiver.
Please help in this case, since it creates unnecessary friction each time the courier boy delivers!

Courier Not Delevered / No Response from anyone including MD /Courier Company is fraud
I booked a courier on 31/08/ 2012, it is 29th nov 2012 and the courier is not yet delivered.
Consignment number:[protected]
Booked By: BFC-Bokaro, jharkhand
As discussed with Customer service team, in Delhi team Mumbai team, bokaro team, ranchi team, the packet is not traceable, all numbers which which flashing on web page all are fraud number even they never pickup any phone after several calling.
They have told that i will get my money back but this his high time an i have loose my pateitent

Once again I will appeal to all, even my company also expose them to public that they(Blazeflash Courier) are fraud company...
Can anyone please assist me on this matter?
As a next step I am looking at someone in media as well as consumer court to raise this issue in front of them to expose the real picture of this company
