credit card & Personal loan — dont a genuine customer need time for repayment in financial crunch time
Dear Sir,As you are aware nowadays collection agency are very active and they dont even bother how to talk as they have targets to collect the money but my question is dont we as a customer during our bad time need time for the emi's to pay as we too are aware tht by default we are destroying our credit history but as these agents dont even botheres about anything say anything. The bank to dont even see that a customer is paying his/her dues since long and should be given relaxation of time so that the financial problem of the customer can be reduced and the money can be recovered without pressure. this is my thinkings and would also like to have your comment on the same.
