[Resolved] CRIS, Chanakyapuri, NEW.delhi — Opening new account applied in Jan 08
I am a regular customet of this bank through my home loan and car loan but i have never been such a bad expireince through yr bank. I applied for opening 3 in 1 account in one go in your bank in near about 15 th Jan 08 through 3 in one account opening form having application No. [protected]. I got my dmat no in two days but rest of the infrormation related to opening new account for saving and online trading, I have not recieved any information till date i.e 01-05-08. I applied this application through ypur center ICICI SECURITIES LIMITED, GROUND FLOOR, PLOT NO. 8A, BLOCK NO. E, HAUZ KHAS, NEW DELHI- 110016 Through Dewanshi rawat your executive and a senior person. when i try to contact through land line numbers no body pick the call on the following numbers 41654853 and 41654852 printed on the business card of Dewanshi. While contacting on mobile of Dewanshi she said it is in progress. And in march she again rang up me to provide same details which has already provided by me and cheked by ICICI person in front of me and a senior person who was present at that time and told me that everything is OK and I will get my new account latest by 15 feb but till date i get nothing except westing my time in calling and other thins. If you can not open a saving account in 4 months why you give such a big adds that ICICI bank is very fast and serving customers. If you have guts then direct your lazy sytem to open my account immediately. I will not let you people go. I will complain and will show your true face to public that how you deals the customer and make them frustrated.
