purchased crompton tulu pump 6month before.lifting of water is aproblem.customer care centre cuttack not taking proper customer care during the gurantee notlifting water is aproblem tomobilise and motivate to the customer.create awarness customer meet for the bettermnt of company product.customer delightness should taken care.behaviour should change in the positive manner .customer care centre official should ghiven training on customer satisfaction

This is happen several times with me and many of the customer was harrased same problem in front of me .this is not satisfaction answer .company should taken step for suitable actoon othrise we will go to consumer forum for justice
we wll make apublic propagana against the product of the company through public media
