[Resolved]  Crossing Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Ghaziabad — Cheating by change Layout plan of building

Dear friends think twice if you are going to purchase any flat / villas from crossing Infrastructure Pvt ltd in there so called India’s first global city “Crossing Repbulik” Ghaziabad.
Above builder started this project in year 2006 and started selling apartment by showing printed pamphlets, map and master layout plan.
What ever plan was shown on paper was very attractive all high raise building surrounded by golf course,lake, green lawn , swimming pools , sand pits and ample space between two building etc etc with a completion date of year Aug 2009.
They started construction in there so called sector 2, up to year 2008 everything was going fine.
Builder started cheating from year 2008 and I am giving all of his cheating practice till date.
1) First they started to ask car parking charges before possession by sending letter if not paid will charge 18% interest on that and will also increase parking charges. At time of selling there employee Harleen and Sachin clearly said all these charges will be paid at time of possession. After contacting in company we came to know till date Sachin has resigned and Harleen said we are in final stage of construction so we are asking these charges and will start possession as per pan.
We paid money with a hope that will get possession in time..

2) In year 2009 we came to know that project is near to Ghaziabad authority proposed dumping ground and sewage treatment plant is also near to Crossing Repbulik project, and Ghaziabad authority has started to build dumping ground there.

3) Year 2010 has already started and there is no sign of possessions till date, everyday painful surprise is coming to us regarding this project. Now company has changed its all layout plan and building new villas in a space that was shown to us as green lawn, sand pit, and ample space between two buildings in there map and construction plan. Entire sector -2 in new plans looks like concrete jungle with no green space.

On contacting there marketing MD Mr Rajeev Gaur([protected]) and employee Harleen both replied professionally , Sir we are very sorry but management has change there plan , we were not aware anything about it.

Dear friends I am now in there trap so can’t do anything except playing heavy EMI
For a plan that I will never purchase, If I would be knowing it priory, With a hope that one fine day I will get possession.

Crossing Infrastructure is a big cheater. Before Buying any apartment and villas from Crossing Infrastructure Pvt Lts in crossing repbulik ask about all sewage plant , dumping ground there old layout plan and how all of sudden they change it with new layout plan. Ask them what is guarantee they will not change it in future?
Their big cheating construction companies don’t trust them and there word either said verbal or written in your sell agreement.
Don’t believe on there construction plan and map it seems they all are fake papers and pamphlet to attract customer. Whatever plan and map they are showing to customer is totally different with actual that they are going to deliver.
