i have lodged complaint by e mail also and costumer care with complaint no jm [protected] on12.9.2009. since last one month my tv is not working and on complaint to service centre before 20 days technician mr Kishan came to check and took a part from tv to replace by company but still i am waiting for repair please do it urgent otherwise tell me the procedure. or advice me why should i not go to consumer forum
