This is in regards to my bus booking done by myself on net on 29th October 2009, to Pune from Bangalore. My first attempt failed to book the seat on Sharma Transport, but the amount was charged to my credit card. Amount charged for the first time was 1010. On consulting with one of their executives, i was instructed to try to book the seat again since they were experiencing server problems. Upon inquiring about my refund, he said that the credit card refund will be done within 4 working days.
Upon his instructions, i did attempt to book the same seat on the same transport again. Again, my credit card was charged 1010, but still the server returned back an error stating that the seat was not booked.
Now, after more 3 months, I have still not yet received any refund towards my failed bookings. I have called up numerous times to their customer executive number, and every time i had to relate my story to some new voice. Every time i was assured that i will be refunded the amount, and still till date i do not see this refund happening. Frankly, I am tired of this.
The girls who attend the phone give false impressions of depositing my money. Last month, on 23/12/2009, I did visit their office regarding the same. I was shown a cheque which had been drawn in favor of my account number and was promised that it would be deposited into my account the next day. Due to other pressing problems, i had to depart from Bangalore. But since that day, the amount promised was not deposited to my account number, and it has been more than a month since that visit.
I have already sent them 2 complaints mail, and they do not have the minimum courtesy to reply back.
Please do let me know as to how to get my money back from this company.

I have posted simulate complaint. I had faced the same issue with customer needz. I want to teach them a lesson. Let me know, if there is any info you come across like cyber complaints.
