[Resolved]  Cygnus India Incorporation — Fraud CEO(Mr. Subhrajit Chaudhary)

This company is service provider of MNC. The CEO of Cygnus India Incorporation Mr. Subhrajit Chaudhary is a fraud person,not giving the employees the payment in the right time and use slang languages with the employees which disclose his character. That is why atleast once in a month advertisement of vacancies is seen in ABP or Telegraph. Every employees stays for 2-3 months as there is no appointment letter,no pay slip. The employees of Cygnus India Incorporation has no such proof of being a employee over there.It has more 50-70 people working over different states of eastern india but it has no PF etc.He just assure that the appointment letter would be given in a month after seeing the performance but after years gone it has seen that the employee has not got any documents so that he/she can proof that he /she is working in CII. First he will assure everything but after sometime one can realize that he is a fraud person. He has also not paid many employees who left the job due to frustration.He pay the employees in cash so that one has no proof of being a employer of CII.So please avoid this company's job otherwise ur future will be in danger.
