dagar gas agency — Do not book at first call - Poor Service

Hi,

I have been with this agency for almost 12 years now. In the last three years the agency is showing a very poor response. In fact, it is incompetent and the people working there are very rude and unhelpful. They never book the gas in the first call and say that the cylinder will reach us in a week's time. When another call is made after 10 days, they give another week for delivery and it is only after calling in for the thrid time do they book you for cylinder and then send ur cylinder in 10 days saying that booking was done only a week ago. We have no way of tracking these calls and no booking number is given to us.

I do not think that this company is fit to operate and looks after its consumers.

dagar gas agency — abnormal delay in supplying LPG cylinder

my consumer No. is 13814 with M/s Dagar Gas agency, sector-3, Rohini Delhi. I have booked for refill two weeks ago through Tel.No. 1260 (automated booking) LPG not supplied even after lapse of 2 weeks. Gas agency says that there is "demand" for the supply of LPG. Staff also behaving erratic. Complaint book is not available in the agency. In my area, others are getting cylinder within 2 to 3 days of booking. This is not the first occasion. Twice I complained to the Indane customer care in November, 2007. I suspect some foul play. Now I want to know the reason for delay to take up the case with appropriate authority for any misuse of the LPG cylinders.
My consumer no. is 2502 and I would like to change to pipe line or change the agency. Does this forum listens to your complaints, as they do not pick up the phone as well and it is frustrating.

Is anything done about these complaints or is this forum just a place to vent. Nothing has changed with this gas agency. I wish to change from Dagar to another gas agency...Please suggest how...

Hi all, I am using the service of dagar gas agency, and my sympathy with all o[censored]ser of dagar gas agency.I am also suffering with same problem but nothing is going to happen with this dagar gas agency unless or untill we file a case against dagar gas in consumer court, as every body from area manager to agent every body has been corrupted and to write here is completely loss of time, because this is not the problem of today or tomorrow, dagar staff behaviour is still same from last one year and their delivery status is same even after showing complaint againt dagar gas agency on the consumer site. No body is going to help us, I had seen more then 50 complaint against Dagar Gas Agency here on this forum, but everyone knows what is happening with the Dagar Gas, their service is still very poor, and no improvement came to their behaviour,I don't belive on this site also as I have written more then 4 time but this site is not that much helpfull. we can write here for our satisfaction only, but could not get problem resolve through this site. By the way I can't do anything for the customer of dagar gas agency! Sorry

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a consumer of Indane LPG Domestic gas cylinder vide consumer no. 00812 with the distributor Dagar Gas Agency,Pkt-20,Sec.-3,Rohini.From the last few weeks I tried regularly to book my cylinder,but I'm unable to contact any of their numbers[protected],[protected].Now seven-eight days before I booked the cylinder through automatic refill service system(ph-[protected])but today i.e.25.04.11 when I checked my booking status,it shows that your cylinder has already been delivered on 16.04.11.I didn't get the cylinder on 16.04.11. Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the delivery done.
