[Resolved]  Datapro — Worst management ever seen

These guys give franchise and do not have any monitering on their centers and brand. They do not know that their brand is getting completly spoiled. I should tel this "the problem which i have faced is not with franchise but with datapro on role employees. They were not paying salaries for 2 to 3 months when thry face any problem with franchisee but their employees arrive on the next day when any problem raises with their franchisee. A simple thing is they come to their franchisee premises and solves their problem with franchisee later they will manage that particular center. Here this doesn't shows their managerial skills and shows their fraudent skills. Let me explain how, now as their first duty they will conduct a meeting to employees and promises that dont worry about your salaries we will pay you in time and you plz concentrate on students they keeps on saying dont worry about salery for 2 to 3 months and once the syllabus is completed they will collect fees from the students in regular intervals saying that even ur franchisee is not here we managed and paying salaries to employees, this is to promote them selves in good manner in the student point of view but as a faculty we know that management is not paying at least a rupee". Since no payments are received staff will loose their interest and cannot put their interest in work. So as a faculty or student i kindly request you not to join in datapro datapro... Plz...
