I had deposited in DCM Finance in 1997 Rs. 10000 with maturity in 1998. We complained to the Company Law Board and it was intimated that payments would be made in two installments in two years. Its more than a decade even after order of CLB, no cognizance was given. We are again writing to CLB, Min. Company Affairs and SEBI to possible take this matter for consumer's relief. Let us see. DCM Financial is a cheat company. I am 82 year old who invested his hard earned money in year 1996 in debentures of this company. which has not been repaid till date When Sahara Shri Subrato Roy can be held for cheating their investors. Why Bharat Ram Charat Ram can not be held?????
They have looted thousands of their investors and now enjoying life. They should be behind bars or return the money of gullible investors.

DCM Finance — Non payment of FD
