[Resolved]  DCM finance services pvt.ltd. — Fixed Deposit money is not refund

I had also deposited 2 amounts of Rs 14, 000/ & s 16, 000/vide F D R's 60142dated18/1/97 & 58112 dated 6/1/97 which had fallen due for payment on 18/1/98 & 6/1/98 respy which have not been paid even after 10 years.My 2 letters to the company on 18/11/2002 & 5/1/2003 requesting for payment on compassionate grounds being senior citizen had evoked only a cyclostyled letter saying a comprehensive scheme has been submitted to Delhi High Court & in the mean while my case is being put up to Compassionate Committee for consideration.After that the Company has been silent about the decision of the committee.I am now 73 years old & have reached a state of helplessness in the matter.
Can any body suggest a solution in the matter as even taking up the matter with the Company Law Board has proved to be a futile exercise ?

My name is Anju bala and i am living in hisar (Haryana).I have taken two FD of 18000Rs. and it was complet in 2001. But after 9year, i have not get my money . Everytime I call in office, recepcenist tell case date which is on Delhi High court, last time i call, she gave me 25feb, 10. But i need money badly because my daughter marriage has arrenged soon. Please make solve my problam.
