I have ordered a product of worth rs .499 from www.Dealncr.com. Payment was made successfully through my State Bank of Hyderabad Netbanking.I got conformation mail and I got EBS Payment ID : 14566183 also. My order no. Is :[protected] I got a mail on 13/2/13. But they are not picking up my phone calls whatever time it may be in the morning,afternoon or evening.Daily I am doing at least 0-15 phone calls and still no response and sometimes they set busy tone on their number all the day.Also I have mailed them several times about my problem but no feedback from their side yet. I have got no mail or any other information and speed post takes maximum two days to reach.How could the product has not reached the destination even after 10 days? now I have come to the conclusion that I have become a victim of this fraud website as they have not given any shipping details till now as .Thats the limit of patience.After suffering from mental harassment(they are not picking my phone calls and not responding to the mails) , from last many days, I am now forced to take action against these fraud cheaters to get my money refunded back. I hope I will get justice very soon. I have all the proof regarding the payment done and a message in my email account from their side that "product has been dispatched on 13/2/13".
