Christopher has started another firm Golden properties to cheat more people. Beaware of buying any property from Golden Properties. He is selling sites in Hindupur which is like a forest and in Ooty. All Deccan properties old staff now work with him.

Deccan Properties Daffodils — Non Refund of Advance
We and our family members had booked 7 plots 1800 sq ft each in May 2008. The initial deposit of 30% which we paid is lost worth about Rs. 9 lacs. The cheque which they provided on 15th may 2009 also has got bounced and we have sent a legal notice for the same. But till now there is no response from them. There is no office functioning in Bangalore too i suppose. Two new people have also joined the scene, Babu (replacement for Saranya) & Uday. Even their mobile numbers are not in use now. It is all our hard earned money ( retirement benefit & money taken on personal loan) invested in this daffodils. God is the only saviour as there is no humanity in people - muralidharan, raja, babu, venkat gowtham (Chennai office) & Saranya, Uday & Babu. We are deep grief as we neither have the land nor our hard earned money. Very difficult to digest. I have bought plot in Ooty thru Christopher, he didn't cheat me.
I browsed google in and out apart for this complaint there is know other one. My friends updated about this issue were mr christo not a cheater and he was trapped when he was working in Deccan properties. I felt its 100% safe dealing with him. I have recommended to all my senior friends regarding Ooty project.
I have a site in pristine valley which I bought after consulting my lawyer about clear title.When this issue about Deccan properties came in the Internet I conducted my own enquiries to find out the truth.deccan properties is a proprietary firm of one Gautam where christo was only an employee.He cannot be blamed for the faults of his employer.christo is a simple trustworthy man.
