Dear Sir,
I am once again requesting that I am not getting the account statement.
I have told many times to every person about this who are calling me repeatedly regarding payment but statement not received.
Instead of sending the statement they are harassing me by their bad behavior and I want to state that it is highly irresponsible attitude shown by the employee of Barclay Bank, however I have heard that Bar Clay Bank is excellent service provider.
I once again request you please send my account statement by mail or courier as soon as possible so that I will be able to made payment.
Also please provide me the procedure to surrender my card because I do not want to continue with Bar Clay Bank any more where employee of bank harasses their customer instead of providing the required detail.
I am ready to pay all my dues but I am unable to made payment without my account statement. Was this information helpful? |
