[Resolved]  Delhi Pollution Control Board — Illegal / Noise Pollution Factory in Residence Area

09 oct. 2007 Respected, Lt. Governer (Mr. Khanna) Sir, This is regarding my compliant against illegal Plastic factory / Plastic Bag Godown, etc. running in residential area, which has been closed by Delhi High Court & Delhi Pollution Board. Sir I did my compliant to PG Cell of Delhi and MCD Commissioner and also I did mail to Pollution control board, but till date they did not take any action for those illegal activities running in residential area. At Last I am send my request to you for the same, and hope so OR expect from your side that you can take the positive action and seal those properties with immediate action. Factories running with lots off pollution and rush of labour in my street No. 16, Onkar Nagar-B, Tri Nagar, Delhi-110035, due to this reason, we are suffering lots off problems (like health Or Mental). I would request to you kindly, take action against those properties OR Please seal those properties with immediate effect. Near to my Home OR in the Street having lots off pollution/illegal factory (like as as Plastic, Plastic bags Stores & Illigal & unauthorized Works shops also). Due to this reason we are suffering some diseases like as asthma, noise pollution, hypertension & other diseases etc, also having too much air pollution & always rush with labors, which is not allowed in residential area as per high court / Pollution Control Board. But those people do not have any respect/fear of High Court Order. Therefore, i would like to request you, Please Seal those houses with immediate effects in which running such kind of industries, which is very harmful for our health and these type of industries is already close by govt/High Court last few year back.
